No. Panel and inverter warranties are the manufacturers'. Your installer's workmanship obligations stay in force for their period. We don't open sealed equipment or do anything that voids a warranty.
That depends on their terms; many are prepaid for five years and can't be refunded. That's fine: use our Basic plan alongside it for bill checks, disputes and the warranty desk, and switch fully when theirs ends.
