About the Bill X-ray
Is it really free?
Yes. Up to three checks a day, no login. If you want us to take an error up with TGSPDCL and you don't have a plan, we charge 20% of what we recover, and nothing if we recover nothing.
What happens to my bill?
The file is read in memory by our AI provider and then discarded; we don't store it. We keep the figures read from it and the result, so our team can follow up if you ask us to.
How accurate is it?
The AI reads the printed figures; fixed rules decide what looks wrong. A blurry or cropped photo can be misread, so our team verifies every issue before anything is filed.
Why do you need last month's bill?
Carried-forward credit can only be checked against the previous bill. With a free account, we check each month against the one before automatically.
