Most facility teams can wash panels but don't check output, read net-meter bills or file DISCOM and warranty claims. We add those, work alongside your team, and can train their staff to our cleaning standard if you prefer to keep cleaning in-house.
Visits happen on fixed community days agreed with the committee. We share the visit list and technician names with security a day ahead, and every technician carries SolarKeeper ID.
No. We work with any brand of panel and inverter. Where an installer still owes free service under PM Surya Ghar, we raise it with them on the owner's behalf instead of charging for it.
