Questions about output monitoring
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. We use your inverter's own monitoring. If it has none, a monthly photo of the inverter screen is enough to start.
What does the output guarantee cover?
Things we can fix: dust, loose connections, wiring faults and similar. Not grid outages, new shade from a neighbour's building, or manufacturing defects, which go to our warranty desk.
Which inverters do you support?
Most common brands sold in India. Tell us yours when you sign up and we'll confirm.
